Terms of service

StockBud connects to your point-of-sale system, analyses your inventory and sales, and helps you decide what to reorder. If you connect a mailbox, you can email purchase orders to your vendors from it.

Reorder suggestions and anything the assistant says can be wrong, so check them before you act. StockBud never sends a purchase order on its own: an order only leaves when a person on your team chooses to send it, from their own mailbox. You are responsible for the orders you send.

StockBud is software and is not a party to any cannabis transaction. You are responsible for your licenses and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Keep your sign-in secure, and don’t use StockBud for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited email, or to access another dispensary’s data.

Your dispensary owns its data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, which also explains exactly what StockBud does with a connected Google account. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s own terms, and you can disconnect it at any time.

You can stop using StockBud at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

StockBud is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from ordering too much or too little, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the previous 12 months or $100.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
